Through Wednesday, July 20th, Cascadian Farm Organic frozen vegetables are on sale 5/$9 ($1.80 each). The promotion is buy 4, get a 5th free, so 5/$9. The shelf at my store shows the advertised 4/$9 ($2.25 each), but when they ring up, the 5th bag deducts $2.25 automatically. Right now there are some high value printable coupons that make this a sweet deal, especially if your Giant Eagle doubles coupons:

I actually went up to my husband's office to print coupons from two computers there because this deal was so good (we both have laptops at home). So I bought 15 bags/boxes, then used 15 coupons (doubled), and my grand total was $2.90 for 15 bags of frozen veggies! We're stocked for a good while now!
