To be honest, as I started this "adventure" of couponing & budgeting, I was skeptical of "free" offers from sites and companies. Especially free giftcards. How could they actually be free? How could a website/company give away free things? My husband reminded me that the companies are banking on people getting hooked and spending money once they are a member.
In the last 6 months, I have received multiple giftcards. So yes, free giftcards are real. So I will share my top 3 favorite sites for earning free giftcards:
1. Shop It To Me: Get $10 for every 10 friends, without anyone spending anything
2. Swagbucks: earn free "Swagbucks" which you can redeem for hundreds of different things
3. Viewpopints.com: write reviews and earn giftcards (they will notify you when they are running a giftcard promotion)
All three of these programs have been legitimate ways that I have earned giftcards in the last 6 months (and no, those aren't the giftcards I've earned above... Just a fun picture!)
